COVID-19 is creating a lot of unknowns to the lives of Ontarians.  Please know Cambridge Elevating is open and fully operational to support our customers with new elevator installations and service/maintenance activities.  As an employer, we are taking every precautionary measure to ensure our employees are healthy before working in your home or on your jobsite.

  • For New Installations, we ask all contractors to notify us in advance if your jobsite is closed or compromised due to someone displaying or has been in contact with anyone having cold or flu-like symptoms or if anyone has returned from travel within the last 14-21 days.

  • For Service and Maintenance of existing elevators, we ask all homeowners to ONLY request service or maintenance if you or any occupant of the home i) hasn’t travelled within the last 14-21 days, or ii) is not displaying or been in contact with anyone having cold or flu-like symptoms.

Do you depend on your elevator?  Need service but you’re worried about a service technician in your home?

If the above conditions cannot be met OR you’re concerned having our technician within your home, Cambridge Elevating is still open to serving you.  We need to coordinate safe entry into your home whereby the occupants can self-isolate to limit any contact and allow our technician access to service your elevator.  Payment can be made via credit card on the phone after the service is complete.  PLEASE NOTE – Ultimately it will be at the discretion of our service technicians to carry out the service visit.
